Where can I ship?

We ship or deliver only in Missouri state.Our product availability varies by the state due to differing regulations. At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. We also do not ship to APOs, FPOs, or PO Boxes.

Why is shipping not available to my address?

We're sorry, but due to state restrictions, we are unable to ship alcohol to certain addresses.

How much does it cost to get items delivered?

The delivery rate is 6.99$ for every Delivery.

How do I qualify for free Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping or Delivery at this time.

Can I request contactless shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer contactless shipping for orders containing alcohol since all packages must be signed for by someone over age 21.

Are there restrictions on how much I can have shipped to me?

Some states have purchase limits in place. If you order an item that exceeds the limit, we will reach out to you and ask that you adjust your order to meet the limit.

Can you ship products from one store to another?

We are unable to ship products from one store to another due to legal restrictions.

We have extreme weather conditions; will my Delivery be safe?

Here at royalsliquor, we may hold an alcohol shipment during extremely hot weather in order to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in southwestern states. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we'll notify you by email as well as post a message on our website so shoppers know new orders may be delayed.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split one order to be sent to multiple addresses. A unique order must be placed for each individual address.

I want to ship a gift. What do I do?

On the Order Review page during checkout, you may select the gift option and include a personalized note. Please be advised that the gift recipient must be 21 years of age or older to accept the Delivery.

What if I'm not home when my shipping order arrives?

Our delivery partners will require the receiver to present a valid ID upon Delivery to confirm they are of legal age (21 or older). The receiver will also be required to sign for the order. If you are not able to be present for the Delivery, we will make two additional attempts before returning the order to the shipper's distribution center.

Can someone else receive my order?

Only people over the age of 21 who are at the delivery address will be able to receive the order.

My order has not arrived. How do I find out where it is?

Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information. Your tracking label may take up to 1 business day to update. If there has been no movement on your label, you can reach out to Customer Care at (636) 757-5734.
