Hand crafted using mesquite roasted agaves and a traditional Egyptian stone mill. Distilled two times in a copper pot stills and aged for 9 to 12 months. Sweet agave flavors and natural oak balance the flavor of this fine mezcal. Enjoy neat or on the rocks.
Mezcal de maguey Espadín ( Agave angustifolia Haw.), From the Oaxaca Valley region, aged in 70% American white oak barrels and 30% French oak barrels for 16 months. Its color transports us to the past, but its flavor returns us to the present.
VIEW: Clean, with a very bright and crystalline amber color, with very dense legs.
NOSE: Elegant and subtle aroma, with accents of smoke, earth, ripe fruit, and caramel.
PALATE: Excellent balance of vanilla flavors, woods, cinnamon and intense red wood finishes. Its flavors become very refined and balanced for the palate, without astringency or tannins.
